Why Work With My Choice My Support?

At MCMS we employ a dedicated team of disability support workers. We value the individual abilities and experience of our staff, and we strive to offer opportunities that enable our workers to utilise their strengths. When you work with MCMS, you are part of an organisation that makes a positive impact in the lives of people with a disability in Canberra.


MCMS supports people in their own homes and in the community. Working in the person’s preferred environment allows the opportunity for people with a disability to build positive connections with their support workers and develop working arrangements which are both sustainable and enjoyable.

Prior experience is valued but not essential. We look for people who conduct themselves with integrity and who demonstrate the ability to implement a person-centred approach to their work. 

To be eligible for work with MCMS, you must hold the following clearances:

  • Working With Vulnerable People 
  • NDIS Worker Screening 
  • First Aid certificate
